A perfect easy treat for the weekend or special occasions, that takes only takes about 20 minutes to make.
It was hard to think of ideas for K so thanks to everyone who suggested Kinder Bueno! One of my favourite chocolate bars and this is one of my most-made bakes of all time.

INGREDIENTS…
400g white chocolate
60g unsalted butter, at room temp in small cubes 1 tsp vanilla extract
397g can condensed milk
140g icing sugar
Pinch salt
4 Kinder Bueno bars (8 individual bars)
INSTRUCTIONS…
Line an 8x10 inch baking tray with tin foil.
Grease with a small amount of butter.
Chop the kinder buenos into small chunks and set into the fridge until later.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate, butter and vanilla. Melt in the microwave for about 60-90 seconds stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is fully melted.
Pour in the condensed milk and stir until the mixture thickens. Sieve in the icing sugar and salt and mix well.
Add in most of chopped kinder bueno chunks leaving some aside to decorate. Stir to combine.
Pour into your lined tray and use a plastic spatula to spread the mixture out evenly. Push the rest of the bueno pieces into the top.
Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight. Then cut into bite size pieces with a sharp knife.
Keep in the fridge and eat within a week as after this the bueno will go soft. Enjoy!
