Gooey salted caramel and chocolatey waffles are quite the combination and paired with ice cream! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

My dad told me this is one of my best creations so I reckon you need to give it a go!

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees fan.

Pour the caramel into a large casserole dish and spread out evenly. Sprinkle over the sea salt flakes.

Cut the waffles into small pieces. Add half the waffle pieces into the dish on top of the caramel. Sprinkle over half the milk and white chocolate buttons. Then repeat.

Pour the custard over the waffles in the dish making sure they're fully covered.

Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set in the centre. If you find it starts to go brown too quickly just cover with tin foil.

Let it cool for a few minutes and crumble the crunchies over the top. Serve with a scoop of delicious Rapture ice cream!
