On the eve of the All Ireland Football Final, Up For The Match will capture all the excitement and thrill of one the biggest events in the GAA Calendar.
For the first time ever, Armagh will battle Galway for the Sam Maguire trophy and it’s fair to say that anticipation is at fever pitch in both counties.
Armagh are looking to add to their only title win in 2002 while Galway are seeking a first All-Ireland title since 2001.
Presenters Jacqui Hurley and Des Cahill will be live in studio and will be joined by surprise celebrity panels of GAA heroes to get their views and predictions ahead of the final. Marty Morrissey and Maura Derrane will be live from the Orchard County and The City of the Tribes to bring viewers a taste of the anticipation and enjoyment of All-Ireland eve.
Music on the night will be provided by Marty Mone, celebrating 10 years of ‘Hit the Diff’, The High Stool Prophets and Armaghs’s own legend, Susan McCann. Ceol, caint, rince agus craic abú - you won’t want to miss it!
