The Northern GP Federation Support Unit (NFSU) has announced the return of its Medical Administration Training Academy following the success of its pilot earlier this year, with limited spaces still available for September’s intake.
The free eight-week programme, delivered in partnership with and funded by Mid & East Antrim Labour Market Partnership (LMP), begins on Tuesday 9th September 2025 at the NFSU Offices in Galgorm, Ballymena. Classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 4:00pm.
The initiative is designed to prepare participants for administrative roles in general practice, giving them the skills and confidence needed to work in a healthcare environment.
“Following the success of its pilot programme earlier this year, the Northern GP Federation Support Unit (NFSU) is delighted to be running its second Medical Administration Training Academy, beginning in September 2025,” a spokesperson for NFSU said.
