Santa and an Elf looking to the stars

Families across Northern Ireland are being invited to embark on an unforgettable festive journey as Armagh Observatory and Planetarium welcomes back its much-loved Mission Santa event this winter.

Now in its sixth year, the space-themed pantomime, created by BNL Productions, blends festive magic with intergalactic wonder, promising audiences a Christmas experience that is truly out of this world.

This year’s show invites children and families to join Marzipan the Elf inside mission control on a daring quest to rescue Santa Claus.

Packed with laughter, surprises, and seasonal cheer, the interactive theatrical performance will once again transform the planetarium into a hub of festive adventure.
