Your next fakeaway recipe sorted! This is such a tasty meal with the addition of savoury breadcrumb stuffing and southern fried mini chicken fillets... they are literally a staple product in my life!

INGREDIENTS…
Serves 4
1kg baby potatoes
Spray veg oil
1 tsp smoked sweet paprika
1/2 tsp onion salt
Black pepper
8 Southern Fried Chicken Mini Fillets (I used TS Foods)
4 bacon medallions (cooked and cut into small pieces)
150g TS Foods Savoury Breadcrumb Stuffing
100g grated cheese
Southern Style Gravy to serve
INSTRUCTIONS…
• Make the wedges:
Chop the potatoes into quarters. Spray with veg oil and coat with the paprika, onion salt and pepper.
Airfry for 30 minutes at 200 degrees shaking halfway. (Or cook in the oven for slightly longer)
• Cook the Chicken Mini Fillets and Savoury Breadcrumb Stuffing in the oven.
• When the wedges are cooked, place onto a plate and cover with grated cheese. Sprinkle over the stuffing, cooked bacon, sliced chicken mini fillets and top with gravy! Enjoy!
