Fairhill Shopping Centre in Ballymena has unveiled a striking new brand identity, signalling the beginning of a major transformation for one of Northern Ireland’s leading retail destinations.
The rebrand comes as part of an ongoing multi-million-pound refurbishment programme, which coincides with the much-anticipated arrival of retail giant Primark, set to open later this year.
Shoppers visiting Fairhill will notice a sleek, modern look throughout the centre, with upgraded floor tiles, contemporary lighting, refreshed interiors and new signage designed to create a more enjoyable shopping experience.
Ryan Walker, owner of Fairhill, said the launch of the new identity represents a proud milestone for the centre.
“It is great to see the new brand identity be rolled out across the centre. The tagline ‘Your Centre Your Stores’ really captures what we see at the heart of Fairhill in the local community.
“We want Fairhill to be a place we can all be proud of and which brings the very best of retail experience to the people of County Antrim. Since acquiring the centre in 2021, we have spent over 10 million pounds to see Fairhill transformed into a vibrant and exciting retail destination fit for the future.
“We are looking forward to it being enjoyed by people from far and near for many years to come.”

The new identity was created by Belfast-based Rapid Agency, drawing inspiration from Fairhill’s role as a key community hub. It aligns with the forward-thinking vision of the centre’s owners, who have invested heavily in revitalising the shopping destination since its acquisition in 2021.
With a growing mix of popular fashion, food and lifestyle retailers, the rebrand underpins Fairhill’s ambition to cement its status as a go-to destination in Northern Ireland.
The investment reflects not only a focus on retail but also on creating a welcoming community space that will continue to attract visitors from across the region.
As the centre prepares for the arrival of Primark and other new retailers, the rebrand is seen as a pivotal step in ensuring Fairhill remains at the forefront of modern shopping experiences.
