Fairhill Shopping Centre has confirmed that renowned fashion retailer DV8 will open a brand-new store in Autumn 2025, further strengthening the centre’s reputation as a premier shopping destination in Northern Ireland.

The new 4,000 sq ft DV8 store will be situated alongside LMD Beauty, Jack & Jones and JD Sports, bringing contemporary fashion for both men and women to Fairhill’s diverse fashion offering.

The announcement marks another significant step in Fairhill’s ongoing multi-million-pound investment and refurbishment strategy.

DV8, a leading fashion retailer with a strong presence across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Scotland, is known for stocking top-tier brands such as Carhartt, Birkenstock, New Balance, Columbia and Converse.

Its arrival further diversifies the retail mix at Fairhill, which already boasts major fashion names including Primark, River Island, H&M, Next, M&S, New Look, and Superdry.

Speaking about the upcoming launch, Ryan Walker, Director of Magmel (Ballymena) Limited and owner of Fairhill Shopping Centre, said:

“We’re delighted to welcome DV8 Fashion to Fairhill Shopping Centre. Their arrival adds even more style and energy to our retail mix, enhancing the shopping experience for visitors and bringing fresh momentum to what is already a landmark year for Fairhill.

“Autumn 2025 will also see us welcome Primark and the completion of our multi million-pound refurbishment. We are firmly committed to positioning Fairhill as a premier retail destination in Northern Ireland.”

This announcement follows a flurry of developments at the centre, including a significant rebranding project and the highly anticipated arrival of Primark, both scheduled for completion later in 2025.

The ongoing enhancements underscore Fairhill’s ambition to establish itself as the leading fashion retail destination in the region, and a hub for economic growth and job creation in Ballymena and the surrounding area.

DV8’s inclusion in Fairhill’s expanding tenant portfolio signals growing confidence in the centre’s long-term vision and reflects sustained demand from both retailers and shoppers for high-quality, contemporary fashion in a modern retail environment.

With its prime location, growing brand line-up, and major investment in infrastructure and customer experience, Fairhill Shopping Centre is set to become an even more attractive destination for fashion-forward shoppers throughout Northern Ireland.
