Older residents across the Causeway Coast are being invited to take part in a new Creative Connections Programme, offering a series of free workshops designed to inspire, connect and support wellbeing through creativity.

The initiative is open to anyone aged 60 and over and will be hosted at The Courthouse, Bushmills, with sessions ranging from storytelling and music to painting and candle-making.

Funded by the Public Health Agency (PHA) through the Clear Project, the programme aims to create opportunities for social connection, reminiscence and skill-building in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Organisers said the workshops are designed to “connect, uplift and teach new skills” while encouraging participants to meet new people and share experiences.
