Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland has unveiled a new Graduate Programme, opening the door for the next generation of talent to begin their careers with one of the world’s leading beverage companies.
The two-year programme offers ambitious graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global organisation while specialising in either the Supply Chain or Commercial stream.
Successful candidates will rotate through key business departments, building a well-rounded understanding of operations and benefiting from the guidance of experienced mentors throughout their journey.
Coca-Cola HBC has been serving the island of Ireland for more than 85 years, employing over 960 people across its operations. The company says the new programme reinforces its long-term commitment to developing people and supporting local communities.
Jenni Ardill, Director of People and Culture at Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland, said the initiative reflects the company’s passion for developing future leaders.
“At Coca-Cola HBC, we’re passionate about accelerating graduate potential through meaningful career pathways. Our Graduate Programme is designed to challenge, inspire and develop future leaders who will help shape the future of our business.”
She added that the programme also demonstrates the company’s broader mission to strengthen the communities it serves.
“More than this, as a business rooted in local communities, we’re proud to play a role in supporting our local economy through job creation and development opportunities. This programme is just one of the many ways we’re building a stronger, more sustainable future for the communities we serve.”
Having started her own career with Coca-Cola HBC 23 years ago, Ms Ardill shared her enthusiasm for the incoming cohort of graduates.
“As a graduate who started my career in the business 23 years ago in Sales progressing through Marketing, Commercial Excellence and now People and Culture, I’m excited to welcome a new cohort of ambitious individuals who are ready to make an impact.”
Applications for the Coca-Cola HBC Graduate Programme close on Sunday 9 November.
