Woman dies in three vehicle collision in Newtownards

Police can confirm that a woman has sadly died as a result of a road traffic collision on the Holywood Road, Newtownards on Wednesday 14th October 2020.

The three vehicle collision was reported to police at around 3:35 pm on Wednesday afternoon. The road was closed for several hours but has now reopened.

Officers are appealing for anyone who was on the Holywood Road at around 3:35 pm and may have witnessed the collision or captured dash cam footage to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 1095 of 14/10/2020.
