Wilsons Auctions appointed to manage Jans Group auction series in administration

UK and Ireland’s largest independent auction house to handle liquidation sales for Jans Composites, Etrux, and Jans Offsite Solutions

Wilsons Auctions has been instructed to oversee a series of major online auctions following the administration of three companies within the Jans Group: Jans Composites Ltd, Jans Offsite Solutions Ltd, and ETRUX Limited.

Appointed on behalf of Joint Administrators Scott Murray and Ian Davison of Keenan CF, Wilsons Auctions will manage the sale of business assets through a structured auction process designed to appeal to buyers across a variety of sectors.

Specialists in composite manufacturing, off-site modular construction and electric commercial vehicles, the Jans Group was comprised of several firms: Jans Composites, focused on high-strength GRP (glass reinforced plastic) products; Etrux, which offered leasing and conversion of commercial vehicles; and Jans Offsite Solutions, which developed off-site modular buildings.

The auction series will be conducted online only, with timed bidding windows allowing participants 24 hours to submit their bids before each auction closes.

The first auction will go live on Thursday 27th June, with further auctions scheduled across the following week. All auctions are public and all items will be sold with no reserve, ensuring each lot will be sold to the highest bidder.

With more than 350 Lots up for grabs, auction highlights include:

• CNC machines

• Industrial paint booths

• Commercial and manufacturing machinery

• Modular buildings

• Power tools

• Vehicle accessories

• A Hundegger Bonded Composite Panel Production Line, the most valuable asset on offer

Notably, the composite panel line is located in Dungannon, Moy, while all other assets are based at the Jans site in Antrim.
