AIB NI is set to visit Ballymena on Wednesday 12 November as part of its new ‘Let’s Talk Co-Ownership’ branch series – a fresh initiative designed to support homebuyers across Northern Ireland with practical, face-to-face guidance.

Running throughout October and November, the series will see AIB’s local mortgage experts teaming up with Co-Ownership specialists to provide tailored advice and insight for anyone considering home ownership.

The drop-in sessions are aimed at helping people better understand the Co-Ownership scheme, which enables individuals to buy a share of a property and pay rent on the remainder, often making home ownership more affordable.

Speaking about the upcoming events, Roisin Keenan, AIB’s Head of Business NI, said:

“Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions people make, and our ‘Let’s Talk Co-Ownership’ sessions are designed to make that journey a little easier. Our local mortgage teams will be on hand to answer questions, explain the process, and help customers understand how Co-Ownership could work for them.

“These sessions are a great way to get clear, friendly advice from people who understand the local market and its challenges and want to help you take the next step towards owning your home.”

The ‘Let’s Talk Co-Ownership’ series underlines AIB’s ongoing commitment to helping customers access the right support at every stage of their home-buying journey. By combining expert mortgage advice, local knowledge, and a personal touch, the initiative aims to help more people across Northern Ireland move onto the property ladder.

The Ballymena event forms part of a wider regional tour of AIB branches, which includes stops in Newry, Belfast, Enniskillen, Dungannon, and other key locations.
