Ballymena native, Savannah Bracewell, joins elite list of Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders for 2025

Savannah Bracewell from Ballymena, County Antrim, has been named one of the travel industry’s brightest rising stars after being selected for Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders: 30 Under 30, a prestigious initiative run by TTG Media, the UK’s leading travel trade publisher.

Now in its 12th year, the 30 Under 30 programme recognises young professionals under the age of 30 who have made outstanding contributions to the travel sector.

Savannah, Media & Marketing Manager for TracelMax, joins a group of carefully selected individuals who represent the future of travel in the UK and Ireland.

“We created our Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders initiative after recognising a lack of opportunities for younger stars in the sector to form a community of like-minded individuals, to raise their profile, and to learn from current leaders of the industry,” said Daniel Pearce, CEO of TTG Media.

“Now in its 12th iteration we are incredibly proud of the 30 Under 30 family and all its generations and it’s exciting to meet this latest group, hear more about their personal stories and let them know what we have in store for them. I’d personally like to congratulate Savannah Bracewell on making it to the final 30.”

A proud moment for Ballymena’s rising talent

Savannah, who has long been immersed in the travel world, expressed her gratitude and pride at receiving the accolade.

“To be recognised among the next generation of travel leaders is a huge honour, and I feel so grateful to be part of such an inspiring cohort,” she said.

“It’s such a surreal & proud moment, not just personally, but professionally as well. To be recognised among the next generation of travel leaders is incredibly motivating – and I feel genuinely honoured to be part of such a dynamic and inspiring group.

“As someone who was quite literally born into the travel industry, this recognition feels like a meaningful milestone. I’ve grown up watching my mum build a strong, respected presence in the industry, and her passion has always inspired me.

“While I’ve been surrounded by the world of travel from the very beginning, I’ve worked hard to build my own reputation and hold my own too, so to be acknowledged in this way, among such an inspiring class, is incredibly rewarding.

“I’m so excited for what the year ahead will bring… the learning, the connections, and the chance to help shape the future of our industry alongside such brilliant people!”

Selection from across the travel sector

The competition for this year’s cohort was particularly fierce, with entries drawn from across the full spectrum of the travel and tourism sector.

A senior panel of judges—including leaders from TTG Media, TUI, the Institute of Travel & Tourism, and alumni from previous 30 Under 30 intakes—selected the final 30 based on excellence, innovation, and leadership potential.

As part of the programme, Savannah and her fellow honourees will participate in a series of networking events, leadership dinners, and development opportunities throughout the year, with guidance and insight from senior figures across the global travel industry.
