Police in Ballymena taking action on antisocial behaviour and off-road bikes

Police in Ballymena have warned ahead of the weekend that they plan to tackle antisocial behaviour in Ballee and other areas, in relation to large gatherings of youths and off-road bikes.

Police spokesperson commented:


“Ballymena neighbourhood officers have been liaising with our local partners and stakeholders in relation to ongoing antisocial behaviour in Ballee and the surrounding areas.


“The main cause of concern being the use of off-road bikes and the gathering of large groups of youths.


“Police will be paying particular attention to these areas over the weekend.


“Please continue to report any concerns you have around anti social activity in your area so that we can respond appropriately. Please contact us on 101 or 999 in an emergency.”
