Police and Fire Service have been tasked to an incident on Wednesday morning, 31 May, in Ballymena town centre.
Witnesses report five police cars and a Fire Appliance is currently at the scene on Broadway Avenue.
It is understood the incident involves a vulnerable person at the new apartments on the corner of Broughshane Street and Broadway Avenue.
The lower end of Broughshane Street is currently closed, with traffic being diverted by Alexander Street. Broadway Avenue has also been closed.
Police update (09:35) - Motorists are advised to expect delays this morning, Wednesday 31st May, in Ballymena town centre as police and other emergency services are currently dealing with a report of a vulnerable male.
Motorists should seek alternative main routes for their journey.
