Fire crews rushed to the scene of a building 'well alight' in the Charles Street area of Ballymoney on Christmas evening. It is understood to have been started deliberately.
Up to 20 firefighters were tasked to the blaze which was reported at 9.25pm last night (25 December) along with police and NIAS.

Two men who were in the property at the time managed to get themselves out and to safety through an upstairs window.
Witnesses reported one person being checked over by Ambulance Service paramedics.
Councillor Philip Anderson paid tribute to the emergency services on duty across the Borough on Christmas Day.

"Today might be Christmas Day but for many emergency service personnel, it's just another day out there protecting our communities,' he said.
"I thank them for their service and thank all those supporting them, I also thank their families."

Diversions are still in place throughout the town and the incident is ongoing.
Fire appliances from Kilrea, Coleraine, and Ballymoney attended the incident.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the blaze.
Inspector Stephen McCafferty said:
"Thankfully, no injuries have been reported in what was a terrifying ordeal for the occupants. The cause of the fire remains under investigation and we would appeal to anyone with information about what happened to call us on 101, quoting reference number 1325 of 25/12/20."
