Pensioner critical in hospital following collision with lorry

Police investigating a collision involving a lorry and a pedestrian in east Belfast are appealing for witnesses and any dash-cam footage.
The female pedestrian aged 75 is currently in hospital in a critical condition.
The collision happened in the Upper Newtownards Road area at its junction with Grampian Avenue around 9.15am today (Thursday, 3rd February).
Sergeant Smart said:
"Our enquiries are continuing and we are appealing to anyone in the area at the time who may have witnessed the collision or who has dash-cam footage to contact us on 101 quoting 368 of 03/02/22.”
