OFF OUR STREETS | Police seize £110,000 of cannabis
Detectives from Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Organised Crime Unit, have seized a quantity of suspected Class B controlled drugs (Cannabis) with an estimated street value of approximately £110,000 following a proactive operation in the Dunmurry and Newtownards areas on Friday 23 and Saturday 24, October.
Detective Inspector Richard Thornton said. “These searches are further evidence of the commitment of Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Organised Crime Unit to tackling criminality linked to illegal drug dealing activity.
“Drugs ruin lives and damage communities. We will continue to target those who seek to exploit vulnerable people for their own criminal gain.
