Man charged with Section 13 Terrorism Offence after search at Bushmills home

Detectives from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force have charged a 37 year old man with a Section 13 terrorism offence.

It comes after a search at a property in the Bushmills area on Monday (March 8), linked to an investigation into the activities of the North Antrim UDA.

He is due to appear at Limavady Magistrates’ Court sitting in Ballymena tomorrow, Wednesday, March 10th. As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
