Man charged with drug related offences after Police operation in Ballymena

Police conducted an operation at a property in the Ladysmith Terrace area of Ballymena yesterday evening, Saturday 24 October. Following, a 29 year old man was charged with a number of drug-related offences.

In a statement to Love Ballymena, Poice commented: “A 29 year-old man has been charged with a number of drug-related offences and is due to appear before Coleraine Magistrate's Court tomorrow (Monday 26th October). 

“The man has been charged with Being concerned in production of a Class A controlled drug, Being concerned in the supply of a Class A controlled drug; Possession of a Class A drug controlled drug and Possession of a Class B drug controlled drug, 

“As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.”
