Man charged for assault on police in Co Antrim

Police responding to a report of assault in the Templeton Park area of Templepatrick on Friday, 10th January, have charged a 29-year-old man.

The man has been 28 Day Charged for a number of offences including common assault and assault on police.

He is set to appear at Antrim Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 4th February.

As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
