Man charged following search of vehicle in Ballymena

Police have charged a 28-year-old man to court following the search of a vehicle in the North Road area of Ballymena and subsequent search of a property on Tuesday, 8th April. 

He is charged with driving when unfit through drink or drugs, possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply, being concerned in the supply of a Class B controlled drug, possession of a Class A and Class B controlled drug and possessing criminal property.

He is expected to appear before Limavady Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 9th April.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
