Police officers on patrol in the Skye Park area of Ballykeel, Ballymena, shortly after 7pm yesterday, Saturday 20 August, arrested one male on suspicion of possession of a Class B controlled drug.
The man was then reported to have head-butted a police officer and was further arrested on suspicion of assault on police.
Following a subsequent search of a property in the area, the male was also arrested on suspicion of resisting police, and possession of a Class C controlled drug.
He was subsequently released on police bail pending further enquiries.
