Larne | Police charge two men with criminal damage
Police investigating criminal damage at various locations in Larne during the weekend have charged two men, aged 21 and 25, with a number of offences.
It is understood that the two men are believed to be connected with recent ‘Irish Sea border’ graffiti in the town.
Each has been charged with eight counts of criminal damage, and with possessing an article with intent to damage property.
Both are expected to appear before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court today, Monday 8 February.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
