All you need are three ingredients and about half an hour to make these absolutely delicious little treats.
Perfect when you’re craving something sweet with minimal effort!
Any chocolate will work so you can choose your favourite.

INGREDIENTS…
Makes 8
1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry
32 squares of your favourite chocolate (I used Cadbury caramel dairy milk)
1 egg, beaten
INSTRUCTIONS…
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees fan.
2. Lay the puff pastry sheet out on a board. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
3. Place 4 squares of the chocolate into the centre of each pastry square and fold the pastry around the chocolate making sure there are no holes for the chocolate to escape when it cooks! Set on a lined baking tray and brush with beaten egg.
4. Cook in the oven for 10-14 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving! Enjoy!
