Former North Antrim MP Ian Paisley has established a new business venture, according to official Companies House records, signalling a significant move into the corporate and international investment sphere.

The London-registered company was set up earlier this year. While detailed public information about its operations is currently limited, sources close to Mr Paisley indicate the venture is focused on business development, mergers and acquisitions, investment strategy, and regulatory advisory services.

Mr Paisley is also understood to have embarked on a lecture programme at a United States university, within a department centred on business and government.

This academic engagement sees him travelling to the US on a monthly basis, maintaining and strengthening his longstanding connections in global political and business circles.

“He appears to be relishing the gruelling schedule,” one source said, adding that Mr Paisley continues to cultivate “big level, cross Atlantic political and business contacts.”

In recent days, Mr Paisley was seen escorting a high-level investor by helicopter in County Antrim, where discussions reportedly took place regarding a potentially significant local development project.

Mr Paisley has not commented publicly on the venture or the investment activity.

Although no longer serving in elected office, Ian Paisley remains a prominent and active figure across business and international networks. His post-political career appears to be evolving in a direction that blends private enterprise, transatlantic collaboration, and regional engagement.

Further details regarding the new company, its strategic goals, and the identity of the investors involved are expected to emerge in due course.
