World-renowned hymn writers to bring festive joy to the SSE Arena this December
Acclaimed hymn writers and performers Keith and Kristyn Getty are set to bring their much-loved Home for Christmas concert back to Belfast this December, with a spectacular evening of music, worship, and festive celebration at the SSE Arena on Sunday 22nd December.
The annual event, which draws audiences from across the UK and beyond, promises to be a breathtaking night filled with timeless carols, powerful hymns, and uplifting performances — with thousands of voices joining together in song to celebrate the birth of Christ.
The Gettys, celebrated globally for their modern hymn writing and orchestral arrangements, will be joined on stage by the New Irish Choir & Orchestra, acclaimed hip-hop artist Trip Lee, and pastor and author Alistair Begg, creating a unique and moving experience that blends artistry, worship, and unity.
“This concert is one of the highlights of our year,” said Keith Getty. “There’s nothing like hearing thousands sing together in worship — it’s a beautiful picture of the hope and joy we celebrate at Christmas.”
This year’s concert will also feature music from the new Sing! Hymnal, released by the Gettys in September.
The landmark collection combines classic hymns with fresh, contemporary arrangements, designed to help churches, families, and communities sing together in meaningful worship.
With its blend of traditional carols, joyful celebration, and deep spiritual resonance, Home for Christmas offers an unforgettable evening for audiences of all ages — and a chance to experience the true heart of Christmas in one of Belfast’s most iconic venues.
