HM Coastguard Helicopter from Prestwick tasked to Rathlin Island

HM Coastguard Helicopter Rescue R199 from Prestwick was tasked to a Medical Evacuation on Rathlin Island late on Monday evening (12 July 2021).

The helicopter arrived on Rathlin Island shorthy after 11.30pm.

The patient was air lifted to Boucher Road Playing Fields in Befast where a team from Northern Ireland Ambulance Service transported the person to hospital.
