Dougies Goodies brings a pop-up of pink and sweet treats to CastleCourt

Shoppers in Belfast will now find a splash of pink – and plenty of cake – waiting for them at CastleCourt after popular bakery brand Dougies Goodies officially opened a new pop-up store in the shopping centre today (13 March 2026).

Located in the busy CastleCourt food court, the vibrant new space offers customers a chance to grab the bakery’s much-loved cakes, bakes and sweet treats while taking a break from browsing the shops.

The pop-up is stocked with a range of Dougies Goodies favourites, including bakery goodies, retail packs and celebration cakes, alongside freshly served coffees for shoppers looking for a quick pick-me-up.

Convenient cake collection point for Belfast shoppers

As well as serving sweet treats, the new location has been designed to make cake ordering easier for customers in Belfast.

The store will also act as a cake collection point, allowing people to order custom celebration cakes and collect them conveniently while visiting the city centre.

CastleCourt Centre Manager Leona Barr said the new arrival strengthens the centre’s commitment to supporting local brands.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Dougies Goodies to the centre. Supporting local brands is incredibly important to us, and they are a fantastic addition to CastleCourt’s strong line up of local, national and high street brands.”

Expanding the Dougies Goodies experience

For Dougies Goodies, the pop-up represents an opportunity to introduce more people to the bakery’s colourful brand and popular products.

Owner and Creative Director Georgina Warwick said the team is excited to bring the business to one of Belfast’s busiest shopping destinations.

“We’re really excited to bring Dougies Goodies to CastleCourt Shopping Centre with our new pop-up! It’s a great opportunity for us to share our cakes and bakes and we’re especially pleased to offer customers another convenient cake collection point while they’re shopping in Belfast.”
