Join the Community Rescue Service for a wonderful fun-paddle down the beautiful River Bann, starting at Portglenone and finishing in Kilrea.
Enter as a team of four and river-raft on Saturday 23 July, between Portglenone Marina and Hutchinson’s Quay, Kilrea (10kms/6miles).
Inflatable boats, paddles, buoyancy aids will be provided, along with multiple CRS safety boat cover.
There will be a challenge at 10am-1pm and another at 2pm-5pm.
Free BBQ at Hutchinson’s Quay at the end of the challenge.
There will be prizes for fancy dress, best team name, and for highest sponsorship raised.
A wonderful way to spend a morning/ afternoon with friends/ family (over 12s) and/ or team building with colleagues from work.
Register on www.communityrescue.org and thereafter raise ‘at least’ £100 per person and CRS will keep in contact with you with fundraising ideas, meeting points, times, etc.
