Belfast International Airport will host its second Jobs Fair of 2026 later this month, offering more than 100 full-time, part-time and seasonal vacancies as it prepares for the busy summer season and continues its £100 million investment programme.
The recruitment event will take place on Saturday 21 February at The Dunsilly Hotel in Antrim, from 11am to 3pm, with airport teams and partner companies on hand to discuss roles, salaries and benefits.
Wide range of roles across airport site
More than 100 positions are currently available across the airport site in areas including ground handling, security, retail, driving and catering.
Representatives from partner companies including Swissport, Wilson James, Mount Charles, the Airport Taxi company and SSP Group will attend the fair. They will be available to discuss opportunities, outline pay and benefits, and support candidates through the application process.
The airport, a member of the VINCI Airports network, said the recruitment drive is aimed at resourcing and supporting continued growth as passenger numbers increase in the months ahead.
Investment programme driving expansion
The Jobs Fair forms part of the airport’s wider £100 million transformation programme.
Phase one of the investment, including a new security building, arrivals exit hall and duty-free experience, has already been completed. The next phase will focus on the airside Departures area, with plans to transform the food and beverage offering and introduce a broader range of outlets to better serve passengers.

Joanne Deighan, Senior Commercial Manager, Belfast International Airport and Jaclyn Coulter, HR Director, Belfast International Airport.
Jaclyn Coulter, Human Resources Manager at Belfast International Airport, said:
“In order to support our wider transformation programme our airport partners are looking for a wide variety of roles available with attractive salaries and benefits.
“The Airport offers an exciting work environment and there are plenty of options to carve out a long-term career path within the travel and aviation sector.”
Opportunities for local jobseekers
Organisers are encouraging anyone interested in working in aviation, hospitality, retail or support services to attend on the day.
With permanent, part-time and seasonal positions available, the fair provides an opportunity for local residents, students and those seeking a career change to explore roles across a range of skill levels and experience.
Staff and recruitment partners will be available throughout the event to answer questions and provide guidance on applications.
The Jobs Fair will take place on Saturday 21 February at The Dunsilly Hotel, Antrim, from 11am to 3pm.
