Police have charged a 26 year old man with driving with excess alcohol in his breath following a single vehicle road traffic collision in the early hours of Sunday morning (3 October).
The incident happened on the Fenaghy Road in the Galgorm area of Ballymena, and it understood the vehicle had flipped onto its roof.
Fenaghy Road was closed for a number of hours while police dealt with the crash scene.
The man is due to appear before Ballymena Magistrates Court on October 28th.
As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
