Fresh proposals brought forward by Department of Health

A new paper from the Department of Health has been circulated among NI Executive Ministers tonight containing a number of fresh proposals, understood to include:

• People working from home during first wave of the pandemic should be working from home now.

• Scores on doors system to rate businesses on compliance with public health guidance.

• Toughened enforcement on mask wearing.

It is reported that the NI Assembly would debate and vote on COVID certification regulations before December 12.
