Ballymena set for a night of cinematic spectacle with “Friday Night at the Movies”

The Braid Arts Centre will be transformed into a cinematic soundscape on Friday 2nd May 2025 at 8pm, as the Ballymena Chamber Orchestra and Ballymena Community Choir come together to present Friday Night at the Movies — a musical celebration of some of the silver screen’s most iconic soundtracks.

This eagerly anticipated event promises a dazzling evening of live orchestral and choral performances, featuring music from much-loved films including The Lord of the Rings, Disney classics, James Bond, and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Audiences can expect a stirring combination of sweeping strings, rousing brass, and powerful vocals, delivered by two of the town’s most accomplished musical ensembles.
