Ballymena artist reveals amazing colourful expression of living life in a pandemic

Ballymena artist Carly Wright (32) has recently revealed her latest painting. ‘Falling from Grace - COVID-19’ is an amazing artistic expression of how Carly has perceived the world over the last months of living in a pandemic.

Carly has been painting for three years now and loves to paint emotions, expressing feelings with lots of colour.
Carly told ‘Love Ballymena’: “Like most people, the last months have been very strange and challenging. And like other artists, I have turned to my painting to help express the emotions I have felt as a person living through a pandemic.
“This piece is a representation of how I have perceived the world through my eyes!”
The up and coming artist created her ‘Covid’ piece in her usual style using a mixture of media types, oil paint and acrylics on large canvas.
Speaking of her thoughts for the future Carly commented: “My dream is someday to be a recognised professional painter artist from Northern Ireland. People can
follow my journey on social media at @paintedcreations where they can see more of my art!”
