Woman (58) charged after making inappropriate persistent call to 999

Police investigating inappropriate and persistent 999 calls to emergency services have charged a 58-year-old woman with Persistent Improper Use of Electronic Communications to Cause Anxiety.


She is due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates' Court on 21st February. As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
