Three hospitalised in morning collision in Co Antrim as police appeal for witnesses

Three people have been taken to hospital following a three-vehicle road traffic collision in Crumlin that caused significant disruption during the morning commute.


The incident happened on the Dundrod Road shortly after 8.15am on Wednesday, 25 March, prompting an emergency response and the closure of the route for several hours.



Road closed for hours after collision


The Dundrod Road was shut to traffic as emergency services attended the scene and dealt with the aftermath of the crash.


Police have since confirmed the road has now fully reopened.



Police appeal for information


Officers are now urging anyone who may have witnessed the collision to come forward, particularly motorists who may have captured footage on dash-cams or other recording devices.


Anyone with information that could assist enquiries is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference 193 25/03/26.


Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
