Suspected drugs worth over £2,000 seized in Ballymena police search

Police have recovered suspected Class A, B and C drugs worth more than £2,000 following a search at a property in Ballymena.
Officers from the Ballymena District Support Team carried out the search at a property in the St Patrick’s area of the town on Monday, 6th October.
A Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) spokesperson said that during the operation, officers recovered quantities of suspected drugs with an estimated street value of £2,250, along with a sum of cash and several electronic devices.
Police enquiries into the matter are ongoing.
The spokesperson added that anyone with information relating to the supply, possession or misuse of drugs should come forward.

Police continue to urge the public to report any suspected drug-related activity in their communities to help tackle illegal substances and the harm they cause.
