Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Gillian Shields, who has been reported missing from the Lisburn area.

Ms Shields was last seen at her home address on the morning of Friday 19 July, and has not been in contact with her family since. Officers from the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) have launched a public appeal in an effort to trace her whereabouts.

According to police, Gillian was last seen wearing a brown cardigan, dark-coloured trousers and a black baseball cap.
