New business will use ‘world class’ Wrightbus background to support entire business fleets

An innovative, one-stop shop fleet support service aiming to help fleet operators in their journey towards zero-emissions has been launched by the pioneers behind leading bus manufacturer Wrightbus.

AllServiceOne, based in Oxford, has been developed to extend the existing capabilities of Wrightbus’ existing after sales business. With buses as the foundation, the business is now developing to support fleets across a range of industries, servicing all makes, all models and all technologies.

As well as servicing, AllServiceOne will be able to offer original manufacturer, remanufactured and alternative parts which can be profiled to match the customers exact requirements. There are full vehicle crash repair and refurbishment capabilities, as well as full repair and maintenance packages to enable costs to be fixed over a vehicle’s lifetime.

The new service will help businesses reduce their costs, supporting the journey to improved profitability, while supporting the transition to zero-emissions, whether this be looking after today's diesel fleet, supporting infrastructure provision or servicing zero emissions vehicles.

AllServiceOne builds on Wrightbus’ foundations of supporting 20,000 vehicles globally and will help to transition bus operators to either hydrogen-powered or battery electric.

Customers will benefit from nationwide engineer support for servicing, repairs and diagnostics, any parts ordered will be delivered next-day and, with the help of Wrightbus’s state-of-the-art telematics technology - UPTIME 365, AllServiceOne will keep fleets running at peak performance.

Training will also be provided to firms from AllServiceOne’s experts in technological change to help operators on-board to zero-emissions.

The expansion will also result in further jobs growth for Wrightbus, which has enjoyed a monumental year including a string of historic deals in the UK and Ireland, as well as Australia and Germany.

Alex Gadd, Head of Business Development at AllServiceOne, said:

“AllServiceOne is an immensely exciting expansion of Wrightbus’ capabilities, our vast experience and credentials in the zero-emissions transport sector speak for themselves.

“We are confident that we will offer world-class fleet support, particularly in relation to the transition to a hydrogen or battery electric-operated fleet of vehicles. We pride ourselves on being able to provide support to all makes, all models and all technologies.

“Our talented team of experts understand that guaranteed availability of spare parts is vital to firms’ ongoing productivity and success, which is why our spare parts stockholding service is sophisticated and expansive.

“We also know that the cost of retiring and replenishing fleet vehicles adds up significantly, hence why our team will help to enhance the lifespan of companies’ fleets by providing full refurbishment plans, including accident damage to help vehicles get back on the road. Our skilled technicians refurbish your vehicle to restore it to almost new condition with all work warranted.

“Our state-of-the-art telematics technology UPTIME 365 is another strength of this service. With the help of this innovative technology, we will help operators improve their uptime, again reducing costs.  Through AI, we have the ability to spot concerns before they become problems, enabling a reduction in downtime, ensuring vehicles are running at their optimum.”
