Developed by the Council’s Memorials Sub-Committee, the initiative aims to preserve and share the personal and historical narratives behind Mid and East Antrim’s many sites of Remembrance.

“This website ensures that our Memorials are not only places of reflection but also gateways to knowledge and understanding. It brings history into the hands of our community in a modern, accessible way, helping us all to appreciate the depth of service and sacrifice that shaped our Borough.”
Accessible via QR code and in the Borough’s museums, the website is also supported by digital displays in Carrickfergus and Larne, with a Ballymena installation planned soon.
