McKeever Hotels has announced two senior appointments as part of its ongoing expansion and strategic development across Northern Ireland.
Stella Grant has taken up the newly created role of Group Procurement Manager, a position designed to oversee, align, and optimise the group’s procurement processes across its portfolio of seven hotels.
In addition to streamlining purchasing, Stella will be responsible for implementing and rolling out McKeever’s local sourcing policy—an integral part of the group’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategy and wider growth plans.
Stella brings with her nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector and has worked with the McKeever family for 15 years. Her previous leadership roles include serving as General Manager at both the Dunsilly Hotel in Antrim and the Adair Arms in Ballymena.
Meanwhile, Tracy Young has been promoted to General Manager of The Lodge Hotel in Coleraine, which was acquired by the McKeever Group in 2024.
Tracy brings more than 35 years of industry experience to the role and has been a valued member of The Lodge Hotel team for the past nine years, most recently serving as Operations Manager.
In her new role, Tracy assumes full responsibility for the daily operations of the hotel, leading the team and ensuring that all departments deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with McKeever Hotels’ ‘We Do More’ ethos.
These strategic appointments come as McKeever Hotels continues to invest in its people and operational infrastructure, reinforcing its commitment to quality, community engagement, and sustainable growth.
