Police are carrying out a search operation in the Ballysally/Harpur's area of Coleraine this afternoon (Thursday 19 November) following ongoing criminality in the town.
A number of tactical support officers along with dogs are searching the area.
Detectives recently renewed their appeal for information after a woman was shot in the head in her Coleraine home, an
attack that was attributed to the North Antrim UDA.
It Isn’t clear if the searches being carried out this afternoon are related to the incident
