Police have confirmed that a man’s body was discovered in the Orkney Drive area of the Ballykeel 2 estate, in Ballymena on Wednesday morning (27 July).
Detectives along with police forensic officers remain at the scene this afternoon, and a white forensics tent has been erected in the garden of the property.
A cordon has been put in place at the front of the property and a large area to the rear, with traffic, including local bus services, being diverted.
A police spokesperson told Love Ballymena:
“Police are currently at the scene of a sudden death of a man in the Orkney Drive area of Ballymena.
“There are no further details at this time.”
