 38-year-old Adrian Slevin from the Dromore area who sadly died following a road traffic collision in Co Tyrone
The man who died following a two-vehicle collision in Co Tyrone at the weekend has been named by police as 38-year-old Adrian Slevin from the Dromore area.
The fatal crash happened on the Clanabogan Road area of Omagh on Sunday, May 17, and has left another Northern Ireland community mourning the loss of a local man.
Police confirmed on Tuesday that Mr Slevin died following the collision involving two vehicles.
Investigation into fatal collision continues
The Police Service of Northern Ireland said enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash are ongoing.
Investigators are continuing to examine what happened in the moments leading up to the collision and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant footage to come forward.
The PSNI is particularly keen to hear from motorists or road users who may have dash-cam footage from the Clanabogan Road area around the time of the incident.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has information which could assist investigators, is being urged to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 466 of 17/05/26.
