The next chapter in the Yellowstone universe is officially underway, with Paramount+ unveiling the first full trailer for Dutton Ranch — the highly anticipated spin-off centred on Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler.
The new Paramount+ Original Series premieres globally on Friday, May 15 with two launch episodes, transporting the fan-favourite couple from the mountains of Montana to the dangerous and unforgiving landscape of South Texas.
Set in Rio Paloma, Texas, the series sees Beth and Rip attempting to build a future together away from the turmoil and ghosts of Yellowstone. But their fresh start quickly spirals into a brutal fight for survival against powerful rivals determined to protect their ranching empire at any cost.
Texas becomes the new battleground

According to Paramount+, the series plunges viewers into a world where “blood runs deeper, forgiveness is fleeting, and the cost of survival might just be your soul”.
The newly released trailer hints at escalating violence, bitter rivalries and the fierce chemistry that made Beth and Rip two of the most iconic characters in the Yellowstone franchise.
Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser reprise their starring roles, while the series also introduces a major expansion of the Yellowstone cast universe.
Academy Award nominees Ed Harris and Annette Bening join the drama alongside Finn Little, Juan Pablo Raba, Jai Courtney, J.R. Villarreal, Marc Menchaca and Natalie Alyn Lind.
Expanding the Yellowstone universe

The nine-episode first season is produced by Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios — the same creative forces behind Yellowstone’s global success.
Created by executive producer and showrunner Chad Feehan, Dutton Ranch is based on characters originally created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson.
A large executive production team is attached to the series, including David C. Glasser, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Christina Alexandra Voros, Michael Friedman, Kelly Reilly, Cole Hauser and Keith Cox.
Voros also directed multiple episodes throughout the season, including the opening episodes and season finale, alongside directors Greg Yaitanes, Jessica Lowrey and Phil Abraham.
Weekly rollout confirmed

Alongside its Paramount+ debut, Dutton Ranch will also premiere on the Paramount Network beginning May 15 at 8pm ET/PT, before continuing weekly throughout the season.
The launch marks another major expansion of the Yellowstone franchise, which has become one of the most successful television universes in recent years, spawning multiple spin-offs and attracting a huge international audience.
With Beth and Rip now stepping into unfamiliar territory in Texas, the new series promises higher stakes, darker conflicts and a fresh power struggle far removed from the Dutton family ranch.
