Ballymena property search leads to two arrests

Ballymena police have arrested two individuals following a property search in the River View area of Ballykeel 1, on Tuesday 30th September.

A 32-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman were both detained on suspicion of several offences, including the possession of a class A controlled drug.

Following their arrests, both individuals have since been released on bail while police continue their enquiries.

A spokesperson for the police confirmed:

“Both have been released on bail to allow for further enquiries to be carried out.”
