Ballymena Lawn Tennis Club goes from strength to strength and is now recruiting new members

What is it like to be a member of the Ballymena Lawn Tennis Club? 🎾

Ballymena Lawn Tennis Club (BLTC) is currently compiling a waiting list for potential new members (ages 5-18 years old) for when lockdown restrictions ease.

Recently BLTC Junior Committee and Coaching Team decided to get the club’s junior members to create short individual videos on what they love about their club!

Director of Coaching, Barry Clarke commented:

“We believe it is important to stay interacted with our members throughout lockdown and creating the videos has been one way for us to do so.

“We also have been doing webinars with international coaches and players, holding committee meetings, setting fitness and technical tasks online along with various zoom interactions, which have been great fun.

Barry continued: “It’s great to see how passionate these young people are on the court! We can’t wait to see them back on the courts, along with hopefully many more new faces.

“Have a listen to see what it’s like being a member of BLTC, and don’t forget to check out our Instagram and Facebook pages to see the various things we have been offering our members to do over lockdown!

“BLTC is a club for all the community.”
