Audiocare's newest clinic open now on Greenvale Street, Ballymena.
Audiocare, a leading provider of hearing care services in Northern Ireland, has opened a brand new clinic in Ballymena. The clinic, located at 4B Greenvale Street, is the company's tenth location across the province.
Established in 2016 in Crumlin, the business quickly grew and expanded as demand increased. Audiocare is a business built on excellence, with a loyal clientele who have confidence and trust both in the professional service provided, and the friendly members of staff who love what they do and whose priority is to offer only the best in care for every customer.
Audiocare has offered a limited service locally since around 2021 with earwax removal at Ballee Pharmacy. Over the last few years the team have enjoyed getting to know the people of Ballymena and from local customer feedback it was apparent that there was a demand for quality hearing care in the town.
"We are delighted to be opening our new clinic in Ballymena," said Michael McCourt, owner of Audiocare. "We have been providing hearing care services in Northern Ireland for over six years, and we are excited to bring our full range of services to the people of Ballymena. My wife and business partner Jade is from Ballymena and has many family and friend connections in the town. So branching out here in the town feels like a very natural ‘next step’ for us and the business.”

Michael continued:
"Our new shop in Greenvale Street will continue to enable us to successfully offer earwax removal to the people of Ballymena in a convenient central location. Additionally with our own dedicated premises, we can conduct hearing tests in our sound proofed facilities and provide hearing aids to our customers when needed."
Michael graduated 17 years ago with a Degree in Optometry from Ulster University, Coleraine, and has worked as an Optometist ever since. In recent years Michael retrained within the Audiology sector which he very much enjoys and gains satisfaction from the differences that quality hearing care can make in a persons life.
"I really enjoy fitting our patients with the latest generation hearing aid technology," he explained.
"Our customers say at times the hearing improvement provided by this technology can be life changing."
Michael added: “Another aspect of Audiology that I enjoy is performing microsuction ear-wax removal and seeing the immediate relief it gives to people presenting with symptoms of hearing loss or discomfort.”
Audiocare offers a wide range of hearing care services, including:
• Adult hearing tests
• Latest generation digital hearing aids
• Microsuction earwax removal
• Paediatric hearing tests
• Tympanometry

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible hearing care, and we are confident that we can help you hear your best."
